Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent to the email address associated with the original order.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
